Scope mounts for specific receivers – Not all guns have the common 11mm dovetail or weaver/picatinny bases. While adapters are available mostly to give a picatinny base, it may not always be practical or desired.

Thus there are many special mounts for makes like BSA, BRNO,  Tikka, Sako, Ruger, CZ, Parker Hale and so on. Typically serving 13mm, 15mm and 17mm dovetails and Optilock receivers.  

Matching special base mounts to scopes can be tricky, please ask us if unsure. If fitting a 34mm or larger tube scope it is quite likely you will need a picatinny adapter as very few special large tube mounts are made for niche base types, simply not enough market demand.
