Once the form is submitted, you can send your item(s) without waiting for confirmation.
Return Instructions
- Complete the form above, including as much detail as possible.
- Print your confirmation email and include it with your return (or write details by hand).
- Return the item(s) with original receipt, packaging, and accessories.
You do not need to wait for confirmation—just send the parcel once the form is submitted.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unsoiled, and in original packaging.
- Barcodes, seals, and tags must be intact.
- Postage to Tactical Scope is the customer’s responsibility.
For suspected faulty items, email us first. Most issues (e.g. zeroing scopes) can be resolved without a return.
Items over 30 days old are only eligible for warranty replacements or credit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 7 working days. Currency exchange and PayPal fees may apply and are outside our control.
Items remain your responsibility until received and checked. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are usually processed within 7–14 working days. Postage both ways is the customer’s responsibility. Please notify us if you'd like your replacement sent to a different address.
Faulty Goods
If goods appear faulty on arrival, follow the return process. If confirmed faulty, replacements will be sent free of charge. Dirty items (e.g., muddy footwear) will not be processed. Return shipping is your responsibility; we cover outbound shipping for replacements.
Cancellations
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full refunds (including standard delivery) apply for cancelled orders returned in original condition. Use our Withdrawal Form or contact us to initiate cancellation.
