That said, it’s important to remember that a real person is on the other end of the phone or email - someone who deserves the same courtesy and respect you would expect to receive yourself. Any form of verbal abuse, aggression, or harassment, including offensive remarks, threats, or inappropriate behaviour, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Actions we may take
If a customer behaves in this way, we may take the following measures:
- • Immediate cancellation of the order.
- • Refusal of future service or sales to any individual who has been abusive towards our staff.
- • Closure of the customer account, with any associated loyalty points or rewards permanently forfeited.
