Its ultra-wide sight window provides an expansive field of view, ensuring rapid target acquisition, quicker follow-up shots, and versatility in unconventional shooting positions—empowering you to excel with every shot.
Mounting - Sight has a native Delta Point Pro footprint (Leupold standard) It also comes with a Picatinny mount base and Glock MOS adapter to maximise compatibility. Other footprints will require an adapter to go between the pistol footprint and Delta Point Pro or Picatinny.
The Defender-XL™ is equipped with an 8 MOA daylight-bright red dot reticle, optimized for visibility in any environment. With 10 brightness settings, including two compatible with night-vision devices, the reticle performs seamlessly from daylight to low-light scenarios.

Q: What does 8 MOA dot size mean for accuracy?
A: At 100 yd/≈ 90 m, the dot covers a larger area than smaller MOA dots — this means faster aim acquisition at short range, but less precision at longer distances.
Q: Is Defender-XL good for long-range shooting?
A: Not great no. It’s not optimized for long-range precision. For distances beyond 75-100 m or when aiming at small/distant targets, a smaller-MOA red-dot or scope would serve better.
Q: Can I mount it on any rail-equipped firearm?
A: Yes — as long as the firearm has a standard Picatinny rail, the Defender-XL mounts directly using the supplied base.
Q: Is it useful with shotguns or carbines?
A: Yes — the large dot and wide field of view are particularly advantageous with shotguns, sub-guns, and carbines used for close-to-mid-range work.
Q: Does the large dot become a disadvantage under certain conditions?
A: If you need precise shot placement at longer range or when shooting small targets, the larger dot can obscure too much of the target, reducing precision.

Couriers
We use DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, and UPS courier services for all our UK and international orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
In-Store Items
These are items we have in stock and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may be delayed slightly. If you'd prefer to collect your item in person, please contact us in advance to arrange. Collection orders must be paid for beforehand.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are typically out-of-stock or in limited supply. Purchasing a pre-order secures your item, and it will be dispatched within 24 hours of restock where possible. Check the product page for estimated restock dates. These dates may change, so staying in touch is advised.
International Delivery & Taxes
If your shipping address is outside the UK, you may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Customs regulations vary, so please check with your local customs office. Some packages may be opened for inspection.

DPD Shipments & PIN Code Delivery
We have now introduced DPD Pin Code verification for all orders shipped via DPD. You will receive a PIN via email and text.
A valid email and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will come from Riviera House 3PL. Please check spam/junk folders if not received.
Failure to present your PIN to the delivery driver will result in a failed delivery and rescheduling may be required.
