Q1: What size scope objective will fit with these rings?
These rings offer 38 mm from base to the centre of the scope tube.
That means your scope's outer objective bell radius must be less than 38 mm to clear the rifle without touching.
Example:

A scope with 75 mm outer diameter = 37.5 mm radius → ✅ Will fit with 0.5 mm clearance

A scope with 76 mm outer = 38 mm radius → ❌ Will likely make contact on a flat rail
⚠️ Measure the outer casing, not just the lens size. AO (adjustable objective) scopes can be significantly wider than their lens spec suggests.
Q2: Can I use these rings on a Picatinny or Weaver rail?
No — these are specifically for 9–11 mm dovetail rails (common on airguns and rimfire rifles). They won’t fit Picatinny or Weaver bases.
Q3: Will these rings hold zero under recoil?
Yes — the steel recoil stop pin helps prevent any backward movement under moderate recoil. Triple Torx top screws and a strong base clamp provide a firm and stable hold.
Q4: Are they suitable for air rifles or springers?
Yes, especially for spring-powered or PCP air rifles with dovetail rails. Just check your scope’s size and ensure it fits the clearance.
Q5: Will the height affect shooting position or cheek weld?
It might, depending on your rifle setup. These are extra high, so best paired with scopes that require that lift. You may need to adjust cheek rest or use a riser pad to maintain good alignment.
Q6: Do they include tools or mounting instructions?
An appropriate Torx wrench is typically included. Mounting is straightforward, but always level your scope and tighten screws evenly for best results. Maximum 18lbs/ft for top ring screws is a critical point. More than this can cause zero problems and even damage scope tubes

Couriers

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are typically out-of-stock or in limited supply. Purchasing a pre-order secures your item, and it will be dispatched within 24 hours of restock where possible. Check the product page for estimated restock dates. These dates may change, so staying in touch is advised.
International Delivery & Taxes
If your shipping address is outside the UK, you may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Customs regulations vary, so please check with your local customs office. Some packages may be opened for inspection.

DPD Shipments & PIN Code Delivery
We have now introduced DPD Pin Code verification for all orders shipped via DPD. You will receive a PIN via email and text.
A valid email and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will come from Riviera House 3PL. Please check spam/junk folders if not received.
Failure to present your PIN to the delivery driver will result in a failed delivery and rescheduling may be required.
