To operate the red dot sight:
1. Press any Arrow button to turn on red dot sight.
2. Use Arrow button to adjust illumination intensities. The red dot will flicker three times if pressing the Up-Arrow button at the highest illumination setting.
3. Press NV button to enter night visiom mode. Switch between two gears by pressing the Arrow button. Press and hold NV button for 2 seconds to exit NV mode.
4. To enter solar mode: The device will automatically enter solar mode when closed or no batteries in it. When the red dot sight is on: Press and hold the Up-Arrow button for 2 seconds to turn it off and enter solar mode.
5. Press and hold Down-Arrow for 2 seconds to turn off red dot sight.

What warranty comes with these red dots?
-These red dots ship with a 5 year warranty
Does this warranty cover damage from Airsoft?
-Generally not, this would fall under misuse.
Why choose a red dot over a traditional rifle scope?
-Red dots have no eye relief, no parallax error & no magnification. They are excellent for short to mid range fast-paced shooting.
The red dot appears as a blur / line. What is wrong?
-Lower the power of the dot, you will find the lower power settings will help with the blurriness / lines. Imagine starting into high beam LED headlights, it is the same effect.
What does MOA mean for the size of the dot?
-MOA means the amount of space the dot will take up at 100yds. Eg, 3MOA = 3 inches, 6MOA = 6 inches.

Couriers
We use DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, and UPS courier services for all our UK and international orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
In-Store Items
These are items we have in stock and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may be delayed slightly. If you'd prefer to collect your item in person, please contact us in advance to arrange. Collection orders must be paid for beforehand.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are typically out-of-stock or in limited supply. Purchasing a pre-order secures your item, and it will be dispatched within 24 hours of restock where possible. Check the product page for estimated restock dates. These dates may change, so staying in touch is advised.
International Delivery & Taxes
If your shipping address is outside the UK, you may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Customs regulations vary, so please check with your local customs office. Some packages may be opened for inspection.

DPD Shipments & PIN Code Delivery
We have now introduced DPD Pin Code verification for all orders shipped via DPD. You will receive a PIN via email and text.
A valid email and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will come from Riviera House 3PL. Please check spam/junk folders if not received.
Failure to present your PIN to the delivery driver will result in a failed delivery and rescheduling may be required.
