Does this gauge work with triggers that have integrated safety blades (like Glocks or Savage AccuTriggers)?
Yes. The gauge includes a specialized bladed trigger adapter specifically designed to engage triggers with internal safety blades. This ensures the safety is fully depressed so you can get an accurate reading of the actual pull weight.
Can I see an average of my pull weights, or does it only show one at a time?
The device features a built in memory function that can record multiple pulls. You can toggle through the settings to view the maximum, minimum, and average pull weights for a specific session, which helps account for human error or mechanical variations.
How do I ensure I’m getting the most accurate reading possible?
For the most consistent results, ensure the load sensor is centered on the part of the trigger where your finger naturally rests. You should apply a slow, steady pull directly rearward. The gauge features an audible indicator tone to let you know when it has successfully captured a peak reading.
What happens to the sensor arm when I’m not using the tool?
The sensor arm is designed to fold directly into the housing of the gauge. This protects the sensitive load sensor from damage or loss of calibration while it is being stored in your range bag or toolbox.
Is the display easy to read in different lighting conditions?
Yes, the gauge features a large, clear LCD digital display. It also includes a "Low Battery" indicator so you aren't caught with a dying unit in the middle of a project.
Does the gauge come with a storage solution?
Yes, the unit comes with a custom fitted, foam lined hard storage case. This protects both the digital screen and the folding arm during transport and keeps the specialized trigger adapters organized in one place.

Couriers
We use DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, and UPS courier services for all our UK and international orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
In-Store Items
These are items we have in stock and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may be delayed slightly. If you'd prefer to collect your item in person, please contact us in advance to arrange. Collection orders must be paid for beforehand.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are typically out-of-stock or in limited supply. Purchasing a pre-order secures your item, and it will be dispatched within 24 hours of restock where possible. Check the product page for estimated restock dates. These dates may change, so staying in touch is advised.
International Delivery & Taxes
If your shipping address is outside the UK, you may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Customs regulations vary, so please check with your local customs office. Some packages may be opened for inspection.

DPD Shipments & PIN Code Delivery
We have now introduced DPD Pin Code verification for all orders shipped via DPD. You will receive a PIN via email and text.
A valid email and mobile number must be provided at checkout. Emails will come from Riviera House 3PL. Please check spam/junk folders if not received.
Failure to present your PIN to the delivery driver will result in a failed delivery and rescheduling may be required.
